The Ausable Valley Snowmobile Association is composed of volunteers working to promote safe snowmobiling in the Grayling area. Membership is composed of both local residents and others who travel to the Grayling area to ride on the hundreds of miles of local trails.
We enjoyed a great ride last weekend. It was our first time on the Blue Bear Trails in years. Maps & Trail markings are great.

Just a comment.THANKS to the groomer drivers the Skyline Trail was in very nice shape this weekend. It was surprisingly light traffic on Saturday, and no real idiots out there either, other than one group that came flying by us like there was no tomorrow. Sunday was a different story. It was a little more hectic but still not to bad.

Lets stay away from the gas price gouging going on at Starvation Lake Dickies Trading Post. Really now......$2.09 per gallon...!!!

Just wanted to comment on our positive experience last Friday when riding your trail system. We have already rode almost 2000 miles this season and we drive to where the snow is and the groomers are on it. This was the case last week and we appreciate your hard work and honesty!

Rode many of your trail on Jan 12 and 13. You have done an excellent job, Thanks to all the workers. Have not been coming to Grayling for years because of trail conditions. Must now rethink that situation. Thanks again
